David Erickson is a lifelong entrepreneur. David started young with a paper route and later made direct sales. He started a computer repair business and was a cell phone provider affiliate. Recently David has flipped mobile homes. David’s roles are technical resources and creative solutions.
Wendy Erickson
Wendy Erickson has over 30 years of experience in property management, specializing in the self-storage industry. Throughout her career, she has managed a wide range of properties, including apartment complexes and mobile home communities, and she currently oversees three mobile home parks. She holds a degree in Business Management, along with active licenses in real estate sales and manufactured home sales. With a strong background in customer service, operations, and leasing, Wendy takes pride in maintaining clean, secure, and well-managed properties where residents and customers feel valued.
Laura Serrone
Laura A. Serrone has been a travel agent since 1985 and holds an AA in Business. She has created and sold 18 businesses in California and Arizona and published her first book in 2025. With over 20 years of experience as a financial planning professional, she holds the LUTCF and CLU designations. Laura also co-founded two nonprofit foundations that provide youth with educational scholarships and volunteers as a bell ringer for The Salvation Army every Christmas. A proud mother of three and grandmother of three, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, learning, and reading.
